We are excited to announce several new and improved products and services in 2025!

Online Banking Updates Coming 2025

  • SecureNow – Your online security is important to us so we have added a new product called SecureNow which will include the following features:
    • Login Defenses including out-of-band authentication services, recognition of devices and location at login.
    • Multi-factor Authentication including one-time passcode delivered by SMS or voice and out of wallet questions based on public information.
    • Behavioral Analytics for high-risk transactions.
  • Configure Digital –  Now that we have updated our main page – where you login – we move on to what you see when you are logged in.  Here comes Configure Digital with the following features:
    • Updated look and feel including a new color scheme upon logging in.  Please note until this product implementation is complete you will continue to see our old color scheme and design.
    • Zelle for personal and small business use.  Zelle for small business will allow non-profits and small businesses to create a QR code which can be placed on fundraising requests/invoices to allow for a quick and easy payment method.
    • A single solution for personal and business accounts.  ACH Manager, which will allow businesses to create automatic ACH debits or credits to their clients’ accounts (with their proper approval) will be included.  Configure Digital will also allow Business users to identify and manage their selected users internally.

Debit Card Updates Completed

  • Risk Manager – Keeping up with fraud in today’s technology driven world is always a top priority.  Debt card fraud is, unfortunately, an unavoidable reality for financial institutions and their customers.  However, the addition of Risk Manager will help us detect and deter fraud more quickly.  Risk Manager will include the following:
    • The bank has a dedicated Risk Analyst who will be monitoring industry and bank specific trends to identify fraud events and combat these attempts by blocking certain merchants, countries or creating rules to prevent additional fraud.
    • You will now receive a text message, e-mail or phone call directly from our processor, FISERV, if a concerning transaction is taking place ensuring its legitimacy before it is processed.  FISERV will attempt to reach you at all contact methods, as long as we have updated contact information on file for you (a great reminder – feel free to reach out to ensure all your contact information is up-to-date!).  If they are unable to reach you your card will be frozen until a bank representative can contact you directly.

Debit Card Updates Coming 2025

  • Contactless Cards – We will be adding the contactless feature to our cards which will allow you to simply hold your card against a qualifying merchant terminal for contactless payment experience.
  • Google Pay and Apple Wallet – If you would like to add your debit card to your Google Pay or Apple Wallet, get ready coming soon!
  • UChoose Rewards – If you love earning rewards on your credit card you will soon find a rewards program linked to your FNB debit card.
  • Temporary Cards – The bank will have temporary debit cards onsite.  If you are a new customer and need a card immediately or you are an existing customer whose card has been closed due to fraud we got you covered!  Your temporary card will allow you the ability to continue using your account while you wait for a permanent card in the mail.
